Holding The Mother

As a mum we feel like we need to have it all together, all of the time, for everyone else. Constantly giving, holding space for the big feelings of your tiny (or not so tiny) humans, carrying the mental load for your family, running the household… it’s exhausting. Physically, and emotionally. And sometimes it feels like we have nowhere to turn to get the support that you so desperately need.

Holding The Mother is that safe space for you to come and be held. To unravel your motherwhelm, to be heard and process whatever is on your heart in a safe space, or to debrief a difficult postnatal period.

Holding The Mother is for you if:

You are feeling stuck in some part of your matrescence or motherhood experience and you want a safe, judgement-free space to talk it out.

Maybe you are struggling (or struggled) in your transition into motherhood or had a difficult time juggling your new responsibilities and don’t know who or where to turn to for support.

If you want to debrief your postnatal period -

  • You had a difficult or disappointing breastfeeding journey

  • You had a difficult or traumatic NICU experience

  • You experienced (or are experiencing) a complete lack of support

  • Your baby had a hard time sleeping, and you are more sleep deprived than you ever thought was humanly possible

  • You struggled (or are struggling) with allergies with your bub (I have many years in infant immunology, so whilst I cant offer clinical advice, I am aware of the emotional impact that this can have)

Maybe you need a one-off power chat to help you clear out the heaviness so you can keep going with a greater capacity.

Maybe you want a deeper level of support, where we start off with a power chat and then speak fortnightly for six weeks.

Here you have the choice, because you know best what works for you. And if you aren’t sure, you will always have the opportunity to book in the ongoing support package after a one-off power session.

Motherhood and matrescence is fkn hard, I get it. And we need to be able to talk about it!

In a Holding The Mother session we will be able to unravel the motherwhelm that has been keeping you feeling stuck and heavy using a combination of coaching and hypnosis processes to help shift you from surviving, and get you on your way to thriving.

If you need a deeper level of support, then the support package is for you. We will meet fortnightly over zoom for six weeks (four total sessions), and each week we will work through processes that will help you to excavate the heaviness and help you redefine what being a woman and a mother means to you.

You will learn to value your strength as a woman and as a mother, and learn to treat yourself with kindness and compassion.

Holding The Mother Power Session

The Holding The Mother Power session is 2 - 2.5hrs via zoom (or available as a home visit in person if you are in Perth) and is $220. This includes the Timeline Reset process for deep processing, a follow-up email with personalised affirmations and a 30 minute follow-up chat via zoom for further processing.

You will have the option to book the follow-up support package for a further three fortnightly, hour-long sessions for ongoing support and further processing.

Holding The Mother Support Package

We will meet fortnightly for six weeks in the comfort of your own home, via zoom. I will also be there to support you in-between calls via Voxer for any any breakdowns or break-throughs. I am here to support YOU.

Each fortnight you will receive journal prompts or personalised affirmations to help you to deep dive further into self-discovery.

The Holding The Mother Support Package is $500 - $220 for our initial 2hr session, and $280 for the further 3 x 1hr, fortnightly sessions and payment plans are welcome.
